You will need to have installed Max Payne 2 (retail or Steam version) on your PC at some point for the installer to authorize. This is a mod of Max Payne 2, after all.

Hi! I'm the head of a project much like yours, with the exception that we're using the unity engine, and are focusing on the story more. I was wondering if you were interested in collaboration, or even combining our projects, as the end-goal is almost identical.
